Our performance Experience  with current irish international and Epsom HC head of Performance Nick Page and New coach anthony rawlinson Years of coaching experience at Wayfarers, Performance Centre (winning the PC Challenge Cup 2022), wimbledon high school and now coaching at Old georgians.

 

at the performance experience we have two groups: U12/14 and U16/18. This experience are for those who are/aspiring to county level and above. These clinics are designed to push your hockey knowledge further and broaden your understanding of what it takes to be a hockey athlete.

 

April 12th  10am-3pm. This experience in february was fully booked and was a fantastic day with lots of learning and fun. we cannot wait to have another great camp in easter

We will be covering: technical skills such as highly skilled ball carry and reverse hitting consistancy, talks and introductions to strength and conditioning and an athletes mindset. Then into purposeful and intense game play.
